PETALING JAYA: Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia’s (PPBM) will not likely be given the chance to run for 12 seats held Barisan Nasional in Selangor.
Selangor PPBM Youth chief Adhif Syan Abdullah said this was because a recent finding favoured PKR as a more viable option to contest for the seats.
“It is difficult to say (whether PPBM can contest in Selangor). We want to, but it seems difficult (will not be able to do so).
“As of now, meetings (on seat allocation) are ongoing
"Right now, meetings are ongoing but if we do not get the seats, we will have to accept the decision and focus on the future,” he told Berita Harian after a press conference at PPBM headquarters here, today.
When asked about the said research, Adhif said the Selangor Pakatan Harapan opposition pact had referred to findings by Darul Ehsan Institute and Merdeka Centre.
